Once the lot is clear, the dirt has to move. Painter digs building pads and footings, cuts trenches for utilities and drainage, installs and repairs stormwater, and backfills it all back to grade across Upstate South Carolina.
Painter Land Development handles excavation for commercial and residential projects throughout the Upstate. Pads, footings, trenches, and drainage — dug to plan, to depth, and to the elevations the build is designed around.
We work to elevations, not eyeballs. Spoil gets hauled off or stockpiled where it won’t be in the way, trenches get bedded and backfilled properly, and erosion control stays in place the whole time the ground is open.
